Acrospiroma (Know as Hidradenoma or Eccrine Acrospiroma) too, is a rare cutaneous tumor of the eccrine sweat gland which occurs primarily in adult women. It is characterized by the formation of benign adnexal neoplasm closely related to poroma, despite that, there are few reports of malignant transformation.

The malignant Acrospiroma is an uncommon carcinoma of the sweat gland in hand, it may recur locally in 50% of patients after excision, with distant metastases occurring in 60% of patients.

Acrospiroma in general is asymptomatic, slow-growing, or stable nodular lesions. despite being asymptomatic, pain can be a presenting sign.

The primary treatment includes a wide local excision with or without lymph node dissection. The efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation therapy requires further investigation.
